For over fifteen years I have called Mallorca home — designing and building homes that honour the island's light, landscape and building traditions while meeting the highest standards of German engineering and craftsmanship.
From first sketch to final key handover, I guide my clients through every step — in German, English or Spanish. No language barriers, no surprises: just clear communication, transparent budgets and homes built to last generations.

Bioconstruction
Bioconstruction is at the heart of my practice. Mallorca's building tradition has always been ecological — thick stone walls, lime plaster, shaded courtyards. I combine this wisdom with modern building science to create homes that are healthy for people and gentle on the planet.
Clay and lime walls buffer heat and humidity — cool summers, mild winters, minimal air conditioning.
Breathable, toxin-free materials mean no off-gassing and naturally filtered indoor air.
Vapour-open construction prevents mould and keeps humidity in the ideal 40–60% range.
Local, renewable and reusable materials — cork, wood, natural stone and earth from the island itself.

Preliminary design, cost estimate and handling of all permits and licences with the local authorities — I navigate the bureaucracy for you.
Full architectural and interior plans, material selection and 3D visualisations so you can walk through your home before it exists.
Tendering to trusted local contractors, weekly site supervision and transparent reporting — photo updates wherever you are in the world.
Final inspection, documentation and key handover. I remain your contact for maintenance, extensions and future projects.
